A dental tourist came to our clinic with the complaint of mobility of all teeth .
On examination there was generalized periodontitis.
The treatment plans discussed with patient.
The patient decided for the permanent solution with the implant supported prosthesis.

The patient had malaligned teeth with mobility and prosthesis .

AFTER IMPLANTATION
The implants were implanted ans patient were in provisional implant supported fixed prosthesis.
The patient had came to clinic after one year and provisional prosthesis had been removed and the implants were well osteointergated.
